He holds an M.Sc. in Nursing from Jabalpur University and currently works as the Nursing Superintendent (Head), where he has demonstrated exceptional leadership, operational expertise, and a strong commitment to service excellence. With a strong background in administration, team leadership, and operational management, Mr. Saini contributes valuable insight and strategic guidance to the Board. Sita Ram Mitharwal is a distinguished board-level executive and entrepreneur with over 18 years of progressive experience spanning multinational corporations and founder-led enterprises. He currently serves as Director at GTECH Products Private Limited and SG Royal Capital Private Limited, where he provides strategic leadership, governance oversight, and long-term value creation guidance.
An MBA in Information Technology, Mr. Mitharwal has held senior leadership and management roles with global organizations including Accenture Services and Sun Life Financial. His corporate tenure is marked by contributions to enterprise-scale operations, technology-driven business transformation, process optimization, and performance excellence within highly regulated environments.
As a founder-director, he established SG Royal Capital Private Limited, an RBI-approved Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC), and GTECH Products Private Limited, a manufacturing organization specializing in PP spunbond non-woven fabric solutions. His entrepreneurial journey reflects strong capabilities in regulatory compliance, financial stewardship, operational scalability, risk governance, and stakeholder alignment.
